Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days.

International Shipping

International orders usually arrive within 4 to 22 business days.

Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timings

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Address Changes

Customers can request an address change before the order is dispatched.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact customer support immediately with images of the damaged packaging.
