Return Policy

Eligibility

Our return policy only applies to first-time orders of 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles.

Only one unit is eligible for return or replacement.

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

Packaging Requirements

Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the outer shipping box.

Damaged or missing packaging may result in rejection of the return request.

Usage Rules

Returned perfumes should not be used more than 10 sprays or 2ml.

Products exceeding this usage limit will not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Replacement Rules

Eligible customers may exchange their perfume for another 50ml or 100ml fragrance of similar value.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or tampered product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos and an unboxing video.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Refund Process

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

Cancellation Rules

Prepaid orders cannot be modified or cancelled once dispatched.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, payment gateway charges and shipping costs may be deducted.
